Nấm bào ngư rửa sạch xé nhỏ ra. Trong chảo lớn, phi thơm tỏi đập dập với 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn, cho thịt thăn heo đã thái nhỏ vào xào cho săn lại.

Sau đó cho nấm bào ngư đã xé nhỏ vào xào cùng. Nêm vào 1 muỗng canh nước tương, 1/3 muỗng cà phê muối. Xào lửa lớn vừa cho nấm tiết ra nước. Đun tiếp cho nước cạn bớt đi là được.
